We’re excited to announce our partnership with D•One by the ClearScore Group!

We’ve been working with D•One to deliver an SFS based I&E form with a softer entry into open banking and a virtual agent that fills the gaps and challenges consumers when the data looks odd.

Getting the balance right in assessing affordability is not easy. Open Banking is a very efficient way of accessing a customer’s financial data but many consumers won’t consent to linking their bank accounts, and even when they do, on its own this data doesn’t always make sense or satisfy set assessment criteria. On the other hand, more consumers may do a manual affordability assessment and you can gather more granular spend, but verifying the data can be a challenge.

Well, now you can have it all! We’re looking forward to working with D•One to deliver a game-changing customer experience for the most accurate and user-friendly affordability assessments in the market.
